In this systematic review and meta-analysis, the authors' goal was to:  "examine the effects of aerobic exercise training (ET) with and without blood flow restriction (BFR) on aerobic capacity (AC) and to compare the effect of low-to-moderate aerobic ET with and without BFR to high-intensity aerobic ET with and without BFR on AC."
